Words of the Week

Over the holidays I was looking at some letter combinations and I did so badly with this particular list that it seemed like a good idea for my memory to use it for the first Monday of the year.

The letters are A I L S T U. It isn't a great combination that you try to get on your rack, but it is fairly common letters that crop up every now and then even though you weren't trying to get them. It makes a seven letter word with the following letters:

A I L S T U - B

A I L S T U - D (2 words)

A I L S T U - E

A I L S T U - F

A I L S T U - H (2 words)

A I L S T U - M

A I L S T U - N

A I L S T U - O

A I L S T U - P

A I L S T U - R (2 words)

A I L S T U - S

A I L S T U - W

I managed to find just 8 of the 15 words there. Some of them are unusual and most are hard to see even if you know the word.
