I know some unusual words that I have swotted, but sometimes I miss completely normal words. Other players don't study as much as me, but they are natural word finders.

In the game above I missed an ordinary word that would have been a great play. Someone such as Cathy Casey who is good at spotting the words she knows probably would not have missed this opportunity.
